Summer Kirby

Miss East Coast Collegiate United States 2021

I am a 21 year old from Virginia. I am pursing an undergraduate degree in Psychology with double minors in Biology and Neuroscience. I have always been passionate about mental health, as I have suffered from Generalized Anxiety Disorder since I was 14. After my brother passed away, I became even more passionate about mental health. My brother’s passing motivated me to compete in pageantry to have a larger network to spread my platform of Mental Health Awareness and Advocacy. I work with a local non-profit mental health organization and I also volunteer with an organization called 7 Cups.
